Cathryn Kingsbury joined the Livingston Group in 2002, bringing to the team a diverse international background and over two decades of experience as a legislative and government affairs consultant to foreign governments, and foreign and domestic corporations and non-profits.

Prior to 2002, she was a consultant for The Solomon Group, LLC, headed by the late Gerald B.H. “Jerry” Solomon, former House Rules Committee Chairman. Her areas of expertise then and now include appropriations, education, financial services, foreign affairs, immigration and transportation.

Prior to Washington, DC, she served as a marketing analyst for Pepperdine University’s School of Public Policy and as a non-profit professional for the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Center for Public Affairs.

Ms. Kingsbury has resided in Egypt, England, Germany and the Philippines. She graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in International Relations and a Masters in Public Policy. She is the 2010 Distinguished Alumna for the School of Public Policy at Pepperdine University, and serves on the Board of Visitors.

Ms. Kingsbury continues studies in Arabic.
